订购交易条款
一、由于生鲜产品的种植，捕捞受天气变化、环境等不可抗逆因素影响，而生鲜易腐商品的市场库存量也将变化较大。对于已下单并付款的订单，我们仍保留更换该订单内部分商品内容或取消该订单的权力。也就是说，由于各种因素的影响，上架时的产品数量或品种可能与实际收获和采购到的数量或品种存在一定差异，这样将可能会造成部分订单不能按约定的内容发货，缺货的商品将按照订单的支付方式进行退款处理，如遇这类特殊情况，敬请您理解并接受。
生鲜品属于特殊商品，采收，捕捞和采购以及预处理；包装、第三方长途运输等环节将可能出现很多不可控的因素，我们将本着互惠互利的原则给大家供应蔬果，但有可能因特殊原因造成不能按时发货导致客户不能按约定的收货周期收到货物需要顺延到下一发货及收货周期的情况，敬请谅解！
二、由于生鲜品为易腐产品保鲜期短，为减少储存期保证新鲜度，我们将按一定时间内所收集到的订单定量收获或采购。在客户下单并经确认后，订单进入备货发货流程，一般情况下我们将以最快速度及最短时间将订购的商品送至您手上，所以在订单进入备货发货流程后，将不能以任何理由取消订单和申请退款。如您要求取消订单，货款退回需扣除相应手续费（PAYPAL付款需扣除2欧每笔的手续费）。另外网售生鲜品受影响因素太多，实际库存与售出数量往往出现偏差，可能导致发货的时候订单里面某些品种出现缺货的情况，请各位谅解，同时请各位客户仔细考虑清楚，如果不能接受此类情况的话，请慎重下单。
三、生鲜农产品在生产，种植和捕捞过程中会产生各种问题，我们的种植过程也不使用任何激素及生长调节剂。蔬菜是生命体，不是工业制品，所以产品出现大小不一致，产品颜色有差异，产品质地有差异等外观与视角、手感问题等等并不是由于蔬菜腐烂引起的，都属于正常现象，均不属于赔付范畴。另外我们将首选使用生物农药或最大限度地减少化学农药的用量，所以蔬果产品偶尔有虫眼等现象也属于正常。
因此，如果您想吃品相好的食材，请您尽量去超市满足自己的感观欲望，我们的蔬果产品在发货前都会经过仔细挑选。尽管经过了挑选，但不会尽如人意，特别注重品相的朋友请注意三思后购买。也希望广大朋友，多了解农业常识，不要期望每次的菜都是一模一样的品质，蔬果由于受季节、气候环境等因素影响，不同批次略有差异也属正常现象，请您理解。
四、我们会对每一箱出库的商品进行仔细的挑选及包装，最大程度确保货品质量。因生鲜类商品运输通过第三方快递公司进行运输，实际运输过程是我们无法控制的，由于不可抗逆因素造成派送延迟，导致包装箱内蔬果温度发生变化，到货时蔬果出现严重变质等意外情况，请您在签收后第一时间（货物签收后2h内）对包装箱内所有有问题的商品进行拍照并联系我们解决。快递运输路途遥远，运输过程中也有可能出现少量损耗，如叶菜出现少量黄叶等情况均属于正常并可接受范围，请您考虑清楚后再下单以免造成不必要的争议。
五、由于快递包裹内含有生鲜产品，您所安排的收货地址必须是清晰正确而且可以方便接收货物的地址，并且该收货地址应长期有适当的人可以签收货物，包裹的派送状态及信息均以快递公司提供的派送状态为准。收货地址如果是公寓地址，请保证公寓大门门禁系统上有收货人的姓名或标识。如您无法确保收货地址长期有适当的人签收，那么请更换合适的收货地址。包裹打包的时候我们将最大程度保持新鲜。远途供应生鲜品实属不易，对于包含但不仅限于在派送过程中由于收件人个人原因要求更改派送方式及派送时间或者派送地址没人签收或者收货人在派送当时无法当场对货物进行签收、收件人拒收包裹导致往返运输等等原因所造成的派送和收货延迟或由于地址错误、收货地址含糊，收件人无法识别，收货地址门禁系统上没有收货人姓名或标识等等原因造成延误、无法派送、包裹退回或退件；包裹丢失等各种情况（以快递公司提供的包裹轨迹和信息为准）；箱内生鲜产品的温度变化所造成的变质腐烂的情况，均无法退款并所产生的所有损失，及额外费用（重发需另付运费）均由顾客自行承担。
关于退货及包裹退回： 由于地址错误，收件人不详，收件人拒收，收件人不在等收件方问题或收件人个人原因造成包裹退回给发件人的，西班牙/葡萄牙境内将收取15欧元的往返运费及货物处理及包装费用。其他将收取25欧元的往返运费及货物处理包装费用。可退回货款的退回将扣除以上金额。
由于欧洲各国或本国各地的运距差异很大，商品的运输及派送受第三方物流及天气，实际道路交通状况等因素影响，运输过程我们无法实际掌控，也无法实际保证送抵时效，所以不同地区的实际到货时间将可能会产生较大差异，另外送货时间也受顾客所在地的偏远程度影响，如果您对收货的时效和时间比较敏感，请慎重下单。由于实际运输过程是我们无法控制的，运输过程中有可能出现少量损耗，农场经营不易，新鲜蔬果属于微利产品，如叶菜出现少量黄叶（黄叶比例占该蔬菜重量10%以内）等情况均属于正常并可接受范围，请各位谅解。因蔬果属于生鲜类食品，请您在签收后放进4℃冰箱内保存。
关于蔬果：由于我们的网购运作模式和运输渠道和操作模式比较特殊，属于非传统蔬果供应方式；无法确保送抵的蔬果品相达到十全十美，到货状态将可能不尽人意或无法达到购买者的预计期望值。快递运输有可能会对蔬菜造成轻微损伤或闷坏（例如瓜果破皮、裂开及轻微摩擦破损导致局部感染；叶菜有黄叶或部分腐烂等情况，若损坏腐烂部分少于10%，均属于可容忍的范畴）；根茎类蔬果或瓜果在运输途中由于温度变化很容易发生局部或表面感染导致发霉变黑，若切开里面可食用部分没有变质或异常，切除或剔除不可食用部分后可的食用部分>90%，则不属于赔付范畴，如果介意的顾客请勿下单购买；另外如果您对收到的蔬果品相和收货的时效比较敏感，请尽量选择购买容易保存的蔬果产品，或慎重下单，以免造成不必要的烦恼。
如因快递原因造成延误，我们可根据实际到货情况对已腐烂变质的蔬果进行赔付，箱内包装食品及没有腐烂变质的蔬果或由于箱内其它蔬果腐烂引起其表面轻度发霉（可经简单清洗处理干净而不影响食用的）均不在赔付范畴之内，敬请谅解！
由于邮寄受第三方快递时效影响，我们无法控制实际到货时效，生鲜品正常发货5天后如因快递延误导致客户没有收到蔬果，客户可以主动申请退款，常温干货如发货20天后客户没有收到，可申请直接退款。请谨记，在任何情况下本店都不接受客户拒收包裹的行为，如有任何疑问或问题，请在签收包裹后及时联系我们的售后服务进行协商处理。
六、正常情况下，包裹正常签收后，请您当场对所收到的蔬果及其他商品的数量与质量进行检查并确认，因网购生鲜商品的特殊性，请在签收后放进4℃冰箱内保存，如签收时发现箱内商品存在严重缺陷，请您将所有有问题的产品及包装箱、装箱单等全部拍照并第一时间（货物签收后2h内）联系我们协商处理。签收时发现商品有严重的缺陷或运输损耗过大等意外情况（损坏的蔬果占包内相应品种蔬果重量的10%以上），我们在与运输公司核实和调查后可根据箱内蔬果的价值按比例进行赔偿退款。另外，生鲜品属易腐商品，无法进行退换，自包裹签收12h后，我们无法对生鲜产品提供任何售后服务，您将不得以任何理由对本公司进行退货或退款索赔，所以请您在签收时核实包内商品质量和数量，发现问题时及时与我们取得联系，也请各位考虑清楚后再下单以免造成不必要的争议。
七、网站上的所有产品图片仅供展示之用，网站图片与实物可能因生产商包装更变、不同的进货批次和季节、产地不一等原因而有所出入。
八、如若某种蔬菜出现缺货，我们将默认发出同类别的其他蔬菜；如若发错了货品，我们会在核实后退还差价，不补发货物。常规干货和零食等非生鲜食品收货后15天内如有质量问题，可以申请退款或补发。临期或已过最佳食用日期等等的特价促销的产品会有单独标识，此类产品不接受退换货，下单前需要仔细阅读产品说明和考虑清楚是否需要后再下单。
九、凡通过本网站下单订购的生鲜商品及其他产品，交易的过程中产生的任何问题均只能退款，无法退货。无论在任何情况下，包裹一旦发出，收件人都不能拒收包裹，若收件人拒收包裹（以快递公司提供的信息为准）则默认视为收件人已认可包裹送达及对此包裹作弃件处理，默认视为交易完成，将无法申请退款及索赔。
退款均会默认以等值代金券的形式返还到您在本网站对应的代金券账户上，您可自由使用此代金券供未来消费。
若您需要退回原支付渠道，请联系客服特别说明并登记，我们会将此类退款集中处理，退款处理期不超过10个自然日。
